I apologize for my lack of blogging recently...no excuses, but I will be making it up to you all. I have been shooting a lot and will be blogging more often. I am also going to be going on a ROAD TRIP with Michael Norwood and my cousin Trever Hoehne, both of which are amazing photographers. We are driving up the coast all the way to Seattle from Oct. 7th - 11th shooting along the way. We plan to hit L.A., San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle. We are giving open invitations to any of you who would like to meet up for a meal or just shoot with us at a specific destination anywhere along the way. This past weekend I was able to get away with my family to Palm Springs. We have been wanting to try out a BBQ restaurant called "Babe's" and the opportunity finally presented itself. The clouds that day were amazing so of course I had to snap a few shots. Hope you enjoy.

My Son's First Hair Cut

So while I was up in Sacramento shooting Joe and Amber's engagement photos (scroll down to see those) we took my son Ezra to get his first real hair cut. He has these long flowing locks, kinda the surfer look going on. I have been hesitant to get his hair cut for quite some time; after all he is almost 1 1/2 years old so I figured it was time. And what better place to get his first hair cut then where daddy had his. Yep that's right, EJ's Little People is where I used to get my hair cut when I was a "little person". I thought for sure he was going to scream his head off, nope he took it like a man! $20 later and in my opinion...he looks the same. But dang is he cute or what!!! Hope you all enjoy...




No photoshop needed on those eyes...they are his natural baby blues...
